Pinch Media helps iPhone developers grow their businesses.
That’s it - it’s what we base every decision on at Pinch Media. The company was founded in April 2008 by Greg Yardley and Jesse Rohland to build free tools for iPhone developers. Along the way, we discovered something a lot of entrepreneurs do - starting a company isn’t easy, but it’s one of the most rewarding, challenging, satisfying things you can do. We also reached out to the Apple developer community and met some incredible people - some of them successfully running their own companies, others working on their passions in their free time. As we realized our analytics and advertising programs could help other developers grow their businesses, we decided to make that our explicit purpose. That’s why we’re the only advertising company for the iPhone that sits down with developers and helps them determine when advertising makes sense, and when it doesn’t - often advertising works, but sometimes paid downloads simply perform better, and we’ll always be honest with you when that’s the case. That’s why we also devote a significant piece of our resources to improving our free analytics tools, which help developers optimize their applications and improve the user experience. If there’s anything else we can do for you, let us know. Our success depends on helping others.
Investors
